DMK-ERP’s management team has long recognized that true ERP solutions traditionally are extremely expensive and simply not affordable for the average retailer or trader.  DMK-ERP’s pricing strategy meets the new economy, recognizes the retail segment is one of today’s toughest business environments and we specifically take into consideration the average multi-location retail trader.   

The DMK-ERP team has done their utmost to create an attractive, value oriented, all encompassing merchandising software solution which will meet the requirements of your enterprise.  All of this while being very cognizant of a new economy and the associated economic pressures we feel will be applied to all Retailers for some time to come.

DMK-ERP is also available in its separate components to allow for a phased in approach.  Change management is a concern, and for some customers it is better to adopt a phased approach, choosing the parts of the DMK-ERP solution that are a priority.  DMK-ERP will interface with most legacy systems.

DMK-ERP is available as a one-time perpetual licence, or as a fixed term rental1, including implementation.  In some countries, Software as a Service model is available including hosting.  In general, DMK-ERP licencing is calculated based on the number of stores and the number of head office users resulting in reduced costs making us exceptionally cost effective for the multi location trader. 

As an annual budgetary guide2, we suggest a guideline of absolutely no more than 1/3rd of 1 percent of your annual revenues, for a complete wall to wall implementation, for five years for your DMK-ERP licences, implementation, annual maintenance fees and technical support.  (i.e. if your revenues are 100 million, your annual budgetary guideline should not exceed 300 thousand). In most cases DMK-ERP will come in at a more favourable ratio.  In DMK-ERP speak, this is the financial impact to you for the following components:
